On December 2, 2021 from 9 to 11 am, the Center on Democracy and the Armed Forces (NEDEFA) of PUC-Rio invited the academic community of PUC-Rio for the roundtable “University Extension at PUC: what do we have and where can we go?“, held virtually in Portuguese.

Participants discussed the urgent challenges posed by the current curricular incorporation processes of university outreach, from the perspective of PUC-Rio as a community university; and also the possibilities presented by outreach activities in the face of essential contemporary issues and themes, such as the interactions between militarism and democracy.
